The Pergande Group develops and implements process engineering solutions for the chemical and process industries. Three specialized companies combine research and development, engineering, in-house equipment manufacturing, and industrial production at the Weißandt-Gölzau site.
Customers can utilize individual services or work with us throughout the entire process—from the initial trial to industrial implementation. Short decision-making paths and experience gained from operating our own facilities characterize our work.
Pergande – Process Engineering
Pergande Gesellschaft für Industrielle Entstaubungstechnik mbH develops and designs process equipment and systems. A key focus is on industrial dust collection and separation technology.
Engineering encompasses process design, plant and piping design, and mechanical design—all carried out in close coordination with our in-house manufacturing and production departments.
VTA – Apparatus and Plant Construction
VTA Gesellschaft für Verfahrenstechnik und Apparatebau mbH manufactures equipment, vessels, assemblies, and complete process plants.
Materials, design, welding technology, and testing are tailored to the operating conditions and applicable regulations. Our in-house manufacturing capabilities enable us to provide customer-specific solutions even for demanding applications.
IPT-Pergande – Contract Manufacturing
IPT-Pergande Gesellschaft für Innovative Particle Technology mbH processes liquids, powders, and granules on behalf of customers.
The range of services includes mixing, dispersing, grinding, granulating, and drying, as well as quality control, filling, packaging, and logistics—from individual processing steps to regular production.
Development with Direct Practical Application
In our in-house Process Technology Center (PTC), we develop and test products and processes. The test results form the basis for scale-up and industrial implementation. Experience gained from production operations is incorporated into the further development of our processes and equipment.
The Pergande Group remains owner-managed. Under the leadership of sole managing director and co-owner Mirko Peglow, we make long-term investments in our own technologies, production capacities, and energy-efficient processes.
