The Pergande Group manufactures equipment and process plants for the chemical and process industries. We integrate engineering, mechanical design, construction, manufacturing, and assembly within the corporate group.
Our offerings range from individual pieces of equipment and assemblies to skids and complete plants. Direct collaboration between our design department and in-house manufacturing enables quick coordination and reduces interfaces between planning and production.
Requirements regarding materials, pressure, temperature, geometry, and surfaces are incorporated into the design at an early stage. In doing so, we take into account manufacturability, assembly, and future operating conditions, as well as cost-effective implementation.

Materials and Manufacturing Quality
We process carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminum, duplex steels, and special alloys. Material selection and surface finishes are determined by the requirements of the product and the process.
Design and manufacturing are carried out in accordance with project-relevant standards, including AD 2000, EN 13445, and the Pressure Equipment Directive. Customer-specific standards as well as qualified welding and testing procedures are incorporated into the design.
Manufacturing is certified in accordance with AD 2000 HP0 and DIN EN ISO 3834-3, among other standards.
