Pergande processes liquids, powders, and granules for the chemical industry. The company operates ten production lines with a total capacity of up to 30,000 metric tons per year. We handle both individual production runs and long-term manufacturing contracts—including quality control, filling, storage, and shipping.

Equipment and process steps are tailored to product characteristics, quality requirements, and production volumes. Food, feed, and pharmaceutical products are not part of our production portfolio.
Flexible Collaboration
In toll manufacturing, you provide raw materials or intermediate products; we handle the agreed-upon processing. Contract manufacturing may include additional tasks along the production chain. Material provision, scope of testing, approval, and logistics are determined jointly.
From Pilot to Production
At our in-house Process Technology Center (PTC), we investigate new products and processes on a laboratory and pilot scale. The results form the basis for scale-up. Our in-house engineering and equipment manufacturing capabilities enable us to adapt the facilities to your specific production needs.
