The PERGANDE Group presented first-class services and products at this year's ACHEMA 2018 in Frankfurt am Main.

In addition to the traditional equipment from areas such as dedusting, fluidized bed granulation and fluidized bed drying, products of the new delivery program for drying technology were exhibited for the first time with agitated Nutsche filters, paddle dryers and drum dryers this year.

We were also very active in the field of engineering and exhibited, among other things, the high-end "Tracking VR" designed in collaboration with Autodesk and Okulon via the Autodesk VRED software.

With the help of cameras, a defined object is tracked on a meeting table and every movement is translated in real time to the 3D model of a plant. It is thus possible for every person to freely navigate through the system planned in 3D. Whether for advertising and presentation purposes, for detailed discussions with the customer or for the construction meeting, the novel approach of visualization and navigation of planned facilities offers all possibilities. The system can be used with different display devices, for example on a TV / beamer (also in 3D) for large meetings or as a virtual experience with VR / AR glasses.

Further highlights in the area of engineering were the AR facility model (Augmented Reality), which is visualized via the RexGo-App (Apple/Android) on mobile devices, as well as the interactive assistance system, which is developed in cooperation with the Fraunhofer IFF in the project CPPSprocessAssist.
