At the Nordic Baltic Drying Conference 2017 at the Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg, the technical manager of the Pergande Group  Hon.-Prof. Mirko Peglow was honored for their achievements in the field of drying technology together with Prof. Evangelos Tsotsas, University of Magdeburg.

The long-term cooperation between the University of Magdeburg and the Pergande Group in the field of drying and particle technology in various projects such as allicance WIGRATEC and the junior research group NaWiTec is to be continued and intensified in the future.

The award was made by the president of the NBCD Prof. Odilio Alves-Filho, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Norway and the chairmen of the NBCD Prof. Stefan Heinrich, Hamburg University of Technology, Germany.
